This exemplary office fit-out in Rhodes NSW has garnered accolades and stands as a resounding testament to innovation and excellence. Commissioned by Frasers Property Australia, this project showcases Keystone Lining’s Key-Kompress perforated compressed fibre cement ceiling panels in Blue-Grey, notable for their Group 1 fire rating certification, as well as our Equitone Coloured Fibre Cement.
The visionary design, spearheaded by BVN, not only sets new industry benchmarks but also pioneers a pioneering approach aimed at achieving both 6 Star Green Star and GOLD WELL Certifications – a groundbreaking achievement within Australia’s design landscape.
Spanning across two levels, the expansive office space covers a generous 3,700 square metres. The dynamic design of the office embodies a dedication to wellness, innovation, and leadership, fostering authentic and transparent interactions.
