VISUAL FINISH & DECORATIVE OPTIONS

KEY-LENA MDF panels are excellent for feature panels and pre-finished options are popular. Can be used in their natural form with natural timber grain and textures, they can be also enhanced by applying a clear or stained finish to the face and edge of panels.

KEY-LENA panels are manufactured to be installed by a builder or nominated contractor. A vast benefit of KEY-LENA panels lies in the simplicity and ease of installation.

Ceiling panels fixed by standard Key Lock Rondo system or similar

Face fixed to furring channels, wall studs or ceiling Battens

Wall panels can be hung on split battens

Panels can be installed with express joints with as little as 10mm clearance

For Surfaces where Fire Safety is Key

Keystones’s Key-SHIELD expand and effectively extinguish the flow of heat to the treated surface, providing fire retardant protection to your timber and saving lives. Key-SHIELD is water and solvent-based clear intumescent coating system designed for use on interior timber wall and ceiling surfaces and is available in a matt or satin finish.

Keystones’s KEY-SHIELD for application onto timber based substrates with a minimum density of 338 kg/m3 and a minimum thickness of 8mm and used on internal wall and ceiling lining applications.

Keystones’s KEY-SHIELD will achieve Group 1 rating and an average specific extinction area of less than 250m2/kg.
