Major construction and refurbishment works have enabled the historic Broadmeadows Town Hall to once again be enjoyed by the community and support the creation of local jobs.
Kerstin Thompson Architects tailored the design to help meet the needs of local residents, community groups, council, and businesses in Broadmeadows. The newly refurbished building includes a large-scale conference, events, and seminar hall, art gallery and exhibition space, meeting rooms, business incubator space, and modern flexible office facilities for more than 200 workers.
For this project, Keystone proudly supplied our Black Perforated MDF panels from the Key-Lena range, as well as our black fire retardant Key-Eclipse Solid and Perforated MDF panels to help create contrasts in the design visuals. Both substrates used had a clear finish and K100 backing added to the rear for superior sound performance.
