Keystone Linings is proud to have supplied our Key-Endura fibre cement panels for the stunning redevelopment of the Grange Surf Life Saving Club, a project that combines durability, acoustic performance, and coastal aesthetics.
Located on the beachfront and nestled between residential dwellings, this project required a practical yet refined soffit solution. Our 9mm slotted fibre cement panels delivered the necessary acoustic control while also meeting Group 1 fire rating compliance, making them a smart and safe choice for the club’s outdoor entertaining and viewing areas.
