The Jubilee Hotel project has breathed new life into one of Brisbane’s most iconic boom-era hotels, affectionately known as the ‘Jube‘. Simultaneously, it has introduced a fresh pub experience with its pavilion extension, creating an urban room concept within the city. The restoration work was carried out in accordance with Burra Charter principles, under the guidance of heritage architect Ivan McDonald, and executed with utmost care by skilled artisan tradespeople.
