Green Square Public School reflects a coordinated approach between BVN Architects, Hutchinson Builders, Goal Interiors, and Keystone Linings to deliver a high-performing and culturally considered learning environment.
Key-Ink digitally printed and perforated fibre cement ceiling panels were selected for their durability, acoustic performance, and ability to carry high-resolution digital print. The system allowed Blak Douglas’ dugong-inspired artwork, developed with iAM Projects for the City of Sydney, to be accurately integrated into the ceiling while maintaining acoustic control through perforation and required acoustic backing behind the panels.
Close collaboration between Shuria Agrawaal (Keystone Linings), Caroline Camino, and Brock Powell ensured design intent, detailing, and installation sequencing were aligned from early stages through to delivery.
The result is a resolved ceiling system that balances performance requirements with cultural storytelling.
