Together with Built Environs Ltd, GMR Interiors and DPTI, the final fit-out features Key-Endura perforated cement ceiling tiles looking absolutely spectacular!
9mm panels were used for these drop-in ceiling tiles, which were cut back to a nominal 1200 x 600 (to drop into the grid), then perforated with 100mm Centres and 50mm diameter holes to achieve optimal acoustics.
Panels were then finished with a Cool white 2-pac paint and backed with Keystone’s Group 1 fire rated K100 Scrim Backing to maintain the products overall required Group 1 fire rating.
Under the new building codes for BCA 2019, Keystone Linings has the certification to meet the all-important Group 1 Fire rating for perforated FC panels, making this ideally suited for ceiling tiles and walls.
