In collaboration with Arkhefield Architects and Hutchinson Builders, this project features perforated Key-Ply panels in Hoop Pine, which bring warmth and acoustic performance to the interior while beautifully offsetting the building’s raw concrete finishes. The result is a balanced, modern environment that feels both grounded and inviting—ideal for student living.
